We are a fast-emerging leader in education space training around 5000 students every year through our multiple institutions as below. Abhyaas is a test prep institution for competitive exams like CLAT/CAT/GRE etc. Abhyaas currently operates 4 learning centers in Hyderabad and Warangal training over 2500 students every year in these locations. Abhyaas also has an engaging online presence with E–learning courses. Gyanville Academy is a revolution in intermediate education offering both MPC and MEC courses, with an emphasis on enabling students to make informed career choices in Engineering, Law, and others. It attracts applications 4 times the seats available from both Telugu and adjacent states. Admissions Counsellor Job Summary: The Admissions Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about programs, assisting with applications, and helping students make informed decisions about their educational future. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities: · Respond to inquiries from prospective students (calls, emails, walk-ins, webinars) · Provide detailed information about courses, programs, admissions criteria, and deadlines · Guide students through the application and enrollment process · Maintain accurate records in CRM systems of student interactions and application progress · Follow up with leads to ensure they complete applications and submit required documents · Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to support recruitment campaigns · Assist with organizing open houses, webinars, and orientation events · Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets · Provide feedback to management on trends, common student concerns, and potential improvements Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; education, communications, or business is a plus) · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Comfortable using CRM systems, email tools, and MS Office · Ability to work under pressure and meet targets · A customer-service approach and the ability to build rapport with diverse students · Willingness to work flexible hours (especially during peak admissions seasons) Preferred Skills: · Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or education sales · Knowledge of the education industry or specific familiarity with the institution’s programs · Fluency in multiple languages Work mode: · Onsite · Full Time Location – At any of the Abhyaas Branches Show more Show less
