We are a fast-emerging leader in education space training around 5000 students every year through our multiple institutions as below. Abhyaas is a test prep institution for competitive exams like CLAT/CAT/GRE etc. Abhyaas currently operates 4 learning centers in Hyderabad and Warangal training over 2500 students every year in these locations. Abhyaas also has an engaging online presence with E–learning courses. Gyanville Academy is a revolution in intermediate education offering both MPC and MEC courses, with an emphasis on enabling students to make informed career choices in Engineering, Law, and others. It attracts applications 4 times the seats available from both Telugu and adjacent states. Job title: Business Development Executive Role and Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents about course offerings, entrance exams, and academic opportunities. Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs. Provide detailed information about admission procedures, eligibility, deadlines, and documents required. Follow up with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings to encourage successful enrollment. Assist students in completing the application and enrollment formalities. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for counseling sessions and enrollments. Coordinate with internal teams to schedule demo sessions, interviews, or assessments if required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Business, or similar preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and regional languages) Empathetic and persuasive approach to student interaction Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into enrollments Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and email communication Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or admissions is a plus Work mode: · Onsite – Kukatpally, Secunderabad, Pragathinagar · Full Time Show more Show less
