Job Title: Inside sales Engineer - Sales Location: Hyderabad, India Company: Gigaversity.in We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside sales Engineer to join our sales team in Hyderabad. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects and leads to generate new business opportunities. Qualify leads through effective communication and active listening to understand their needs and requirements. Collaborate with sales team members to develop and implement targeted sales strategies and campaigns. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. Represent Gigaversity at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and promote our products and services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (Min 1 Year Edtech Exp). Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and customers. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a goal-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve results. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Zoho or any other CRM's) Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and sales techniques. Located in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
