- Strong phone presence and should be able to dial 100-120 of calls per day.
- Highlight the benefits of ZoloStays and close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ready to achieve targets .
- Effectively communicate all relevant details to prospective customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate visits through three modes - walk-ins, in-person, WhatsApp video tours.
- Guide customers through the pre-booking process.
- Work towards and exceed monthly booking targets through proactive calling efforts.
