Overview: As an Innovation Leadership AI Specialist, you will be at the forefront of leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to drive innovation within the organization. You will be responsible for leading AI-driven initiatives, identifying opportunities for AI implementation, and spearheading projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness

Responsibilities:

1. AI Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with senior management to define the organization's AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify areas where AI can drive innovation and create value across different departments and functions.
• Develop a roadmap for AI implementation, considering technology trends, market dynamics, and organizational capabilities.

1. Project Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.

1. AI Application Development:

• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop AI models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.
• Oversee the deployment of AI applications into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to understand their requirements and priorities.
• Communicate the value proposition of AI initiatives and garner support for adoption across the organization.
• Provide training and guidance to empower teams to leverage AI tools and technologies effectively.

1. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI initiatives on business outcomes.
• Monitor AI systems and algorithms, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in leading AI projects or initiatives, preferably in a corporate setting.

Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
