Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of building infrastructure projects for new warehouses, offices, and experience centres.

• Manage civil construction activities such as brickwork, flooring, and finishing work in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead interior fit-out projects including layout planning, furniture, and décor, ensuring adherence to brand and functional requirements.

• Coordinate with Project Management Consultants (PMC) and contractors to monitor project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.

• Supervise MEP installations (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) ensuring effective integration with architectural work.

• Review project drawings, BOQs, and site reports, suggesting design or cost optimization where possible.

• Finalize and manage vendors for civil, interior, and MEP contractors through structured evaluation and negotiation.

• Conduct regular site visits for quality checks, milestone tracking, and contractor performance assessments.

• Ensure all legal, environmental, and safety norms are followed as per local regulations and company standards.
