Infrastructure Engineer ( Required Skills - Intune )

Key Responsibilities:

1. Endpoint Deployment & Administration

Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices

device enrollment, provisioning, and compliance policies

device connectivity, performance, and security issues

2. Application Packaging & Deployment

MSIX, MSI, App-V, Intune Win32 apps, JAMF Pro, and Apple PKG

SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or Workspace ONE

· Automate software updates, patching, and license compliance across endpoints.

3. Endpoint Security & Compliance

Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, FileVault, and enterprise mobility security tools

Zero Trust Security principles

ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC standards

4. Automation & Scripting

PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts

workflow automation for software deployments and policy enforcement

Active Directory, Azure AD, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)

5. Troubleshooting & Incident Management

Level 1 & Level 2 endpoint-related issues

root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions

end-user troubleshooting for software installations, updates, and policy enforcement

6. Documentation & Collaboration

technical documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides

optimize endpoint configurations and user experience

technical support and training

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have

· 2+ years of experience

Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or VMware Workspace ONE

MSIX, MSI, App-V, JAMF Pro, or Intune Win32 apps

Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android device management best practices

PowerShell, Bash, or Python

endpoint configurations and software deployment issues

Good-to-Have

· Certifications

Zero Trust Security, endpoint encryption (BitLocker, FileVault), and EDR solutions

endpoint management tools with ITSM solutions like ServiceNow

AI-based endpoint analytics tools like Nexthink, ControlUp, or Lakeside Systrack
