Role and Responsibilities Manage and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Design, configure, and manage VMware environments, including VMware vSphere and VMware ESXi. Oversee endpoint devices, ensuring they remain secure and fully updated. Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to safeguard and streamline mobile device usage. Administer software installations, updates, and patches across the IT infrastructure. Leverage SolarWinds tools to monitor and analyze system performance and proactively identify issues. Optimize overall system performance through effective configuration and tuning practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to Windows Server and VMware environments. Implement and enforce comprehensive infrastructure security measures to protect systems and data. Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting processes to support compliance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to address infrastructure requirements and seamlessly integrate new technologies. Plan and execute infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and expansions, by applying sound project management principles. Skills And Experience Hold relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) (preferred). Bring 8–14 years of experience in administering Windows Server and VMware environments. Demonstrate hands-on expertise in endpoint administration, MDM management, software management, and SolarWinds monitoring. Possess a strong understanding of Windows Server architecture and VMware technologies. Utilize advanced monitoring tools like SolarWinds to ensure infrastructure health and performance. Apply excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively. Communicate clearly and collaborate well with team members and stakeholders.
