• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Design, configure, and manage VMware environments, including VMware vSphere and VMware ESXi.
• Oversee endpoint devices, ensuring they remain secure and fully updated.
• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to safeguard and streamline mobile device usage.
• Administer software installations, updates, and patches across the IT infrastructure.
• Leverage SolarWinds tools to monitor and analyze system performance and proactively identify issues.
• Optimize overall system performance through effective configuration and tuning practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to Windows Server and VMware environments.
• Implement and enforce comprehensive infrastructure security measures to protect systems and data.
• Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting processes to support compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to address infrastructure requirements and seamlessly integrate new technologies.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and expansions, by applying sound project management principles.
  

Skills And Experience

• Hold relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) (preferred).
• Bring 814 years of experience in administering Windows Server and VMware environments.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in endpoint administration, MDM management, software management, and SolarWinds monitoring.
• Possess a strong understanding of Windows Server architecture and VMware technologies.
• Utilize advanced monitoring tools like SolarWinds to ensure infrastructure health and performance.
• Apply excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with team members and stakeholders.
• Implement robust network security measures and tools to safeguard IT environments.
• Provide strategic guidance on process accountability, data monitoring, and exception monitoring to improve operational transparency.
• Manage and optimize technical business performance, focusing on automation and process simplification for efficiency gains.
