Position Summary:

Pizza Wings is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Specialist to support our corporate office and assist with technology infrastructure across all departments. This individual will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting network operations, and ensuring the seamless use of technology to drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for internal users (corporate and franchise support teams), including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
• Monitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and apply software updates and patches.
• Maintain and support POS (Point of Sale) systems used in corporate-owned stores and coordinate with store support teams.
• Assist in the rollout of new applications and system upgrades across the organization.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of IT procedures and configurations.
• Ensure data security, backup procedures, and compliance with company IT policies.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers when necessary.
• Provide on-call support as needed during critical system failures or store outages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with POS systems (restaurant/retail experience a plus).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and team player attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
