Job Description

IT Infrastructure Sales Representative / Enterprise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients within the assigned territory.
  • Create business development strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in for execution.

2. Client Engagement & Needs Assessment

  • Conduct client meetings to understand IT infrastructure requirements and challenges.
  • Present customized and value-driven IT solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights on emerging technologies and best practices.

3. Solution Presentation & Proposal Management

  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight solution benefits.
  • Prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals, including pricing, ROI analysis, and implementation plans.
  • Negotiate terms and close high-value deals aligned with business goals.

4. Strategic Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Manage large enterprise accounts, field engagements, and competitive sales situations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer organization structure including decision-makers, influencers, and competitors.

5. Collaboration & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Technical, Delivery, and Project Management) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide market and client feedback to internal teams to help refine products and solutions.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Preferred Knowledge and Skillset

  • Strong understanding of

    Networking, Unified Communications, Data Center, Virtualization, and Cloud Solutions

    .
  • Proven ability to manage

    large, strategic accounts

    and complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client proposals and executive correspondence.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with global and local system integrators.
  • Knowledge of the

    ISP/Telecom industry

    is a strong advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4–5 years

    of experience in IT infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud solution sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
