Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering:

  Initiate contact with leads and schedule meetings to thoroughly understand their requirements.

• Account Management

  : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Proposal Walkthroughs:

  Develop comprehensive proposals and conduct detailed walkthroughs, emphasizing the scope of work, budget, timelines, and our processes.

• Negotiation

  : Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in alignment with company objectives.

• Market Research

  : Stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales and offerings.

• CRM Management

  : Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Requirements:

• Experience

  : 2+ years of proven sales experience in IT sales (software, hardware, or IT services), with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Sales Skills

  : Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills with the ability to handle complex sales cycles.

• Industry Knowledge

  : A solid understanding of the IT industry, including AR/VR, AI, Mobile Apps, Blockchain and digital transformation solutions.
