Role Overview

IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads using

  Lead Generation Tools

  .
• Execute

  email outreach and automation campaigns

  to nurture prospects.
• Maintain and track client interactions using

  CRM software

  .
• Engage with clients via

  calling & communication tools

  to present services effectively.
• Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions (Web Development, Data Analytics, Chatbots, AI, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Work with the internal technical team to ensure client requirements are met.

• Close deals

  with prospective clients and achieve sales targets.

Required Skills & Tools Experience

• Lead Generation Tools

  (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

• Email Outreach & Automation Tools

  (e.g., Mailchimp, Woodpecker, Lemlist, etc.).

• CRM Tools

  (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).

• Calling & Communication Tools

  (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Cloud Telephony).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in

  IT Sales / Business Development

  .
• Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Data Analytics, Chatbots, AI).
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.
