IT Project Manager Oracle – Gurugram and Hyderabad


Job Description


We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects for the organization. Possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating project teams, managing resources, and ensuring that project goals align with the organization's objectives.


Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage projects from inception to completion, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.

- Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and ensure that team members have the resources they need to complete their work effectively.

- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly, and escalate concerns as needed.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.

- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, monitoring resource utilization, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.

- Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.


Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP projects.

· Project management experience in SME implementations.

· Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization

· Identify possible change management issues/requirements.

· Successfully managing the delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations projects

· Conduct discovery and needs analysis.

· Evaluate project / initiative delivery plan shared by vendor and recommend change if any required.

· Identify potential operational risks during implementation and coordinate with stakeholders for mitigation options.

· Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment on solutions/processes and create plan for streamlined delivery of solutions.

· Timely escalation of challenges during project initiative lifecycle

· Functional knowledge is an added advantage


- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
