Project Manager

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of software and embedded systems projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, embedded systems specialists, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and client expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings in Agile environments.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination where necessary.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met for all deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

• Education:

   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

• Experience:

   5–8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years handling MEAN stack, Python, and Embedded Systems projects.
• Strong understanding of 

  MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js, Python

  , and embedded hardware/software integration.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects in both software and hardware domains.
• Hands-on technical understanding to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred but not mandatory).
