Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Role) Employment Type: Full-time Company Description Goldsikka Limited , a subsidiary of the Aztar Group , specializes in the importation and distribution of physical gold across India. The company also offers digital gold products, including proprietary digital gold wallets, catering to modern investors. Guided by seasoned professionals and valued stakeholders, Goldsikka is committed to integrity, corporate governance, and trusted partnerships, driving industry excellence. Role Description As the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Goldsikka Limited, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring seamless administrative operations across the company. Based in Hyderabad, this full-time hybrid role allows for some remote work flexibility. The CAO will oversee general administration , internal and external communication , customer service operations , and administrative support to the leadership team. We are specifically seeking a candidate with an ex-Army background , as we believe the discipline, leadership, and organizational skills developed through military service are critical for this role. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all administrative functions to support company objectives. Foster effective communication across teams and with external stakeholders. Provide administrative assistance to the leadership team and across departments. Ensure high standards in customer service and client relationship management . Support business operations by driving process improvements and efficiency . Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners . Contribute to the company’s growth plans, including the bullion ATM expansion project. Qualifications Ex-Army Officer background (essential) — reflecting leadership, discipline, and operational excellence. Proven expertise in administration, team management, and organizational skills . Strong communication and customer service abilities. Experience providing administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Prior exposure to the financial services or investment industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Management , or a related field. Show more Show less
