As the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Sadhuram, your role will involve overseeing various key responsibilities: **Role Overview:** As the CAO at Sadhuram, you will be responsible for providing Clinical & Operational Oversight, managing Staff & HR Administration, ensuring Quality & Compliance, and driving Strategic Operations & Branding initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Clinical & Operational Oversight** - Supervise Doctors, Anaesthetists, Optometrists, and OT operations. - Address and resolve clinical grievances swiftly and effectively. - Oversee hospital training classes, CMEs, and evaluation of camps and vision centres. - **Staff & HR Administration** - Handle recruitment, onboarding, releasing, termination, and disciplinary actions. - Monitor performance and conduct periodic employee evaluations. - Supervise PREs, ward boys, and training programs for support staff. - Manage employee grievances in alignment with hospital policy. - **Quality & Compliance** - Lead NABH committee coordination and compliance efforts. - Conduct regular quality and maintenance audits across departments. - **Strategic Operations & Branding** - Oversee internal hospital branding and digital marketing initiatives. - Manage department evaluations and ensure inter-departmental efficiency. - Coordinate vendor selection and performance evaluations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in a senior administrative role within the healthcare industry. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Knowledge of quality standards and compliance requirements in healthcare. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives effectively.,
