The Role:

proactive and communicative IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

Assist in planning, executing, and closing IT infrastructure projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, system admins, and vendors
Source and manage vendors effectively
Handle escalations with professionalism and tact
Monitor project progress using tools like
Jira
and
ServiceNow
Prepare reports and project documentation
Track tasks, dependencies, and timelines under senior manager guidance
Communicate clearly and efficiently with stakeholders across regions

What We’re Looking For:

6 months to 1 year experience in IT project coordination or related roles
Basic knowledge of computer networks, IT infrastructure, and related technologies
Familiarity with project management and ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with strong time management skills
