Maintaining backlogs, supporting release planning, and providing updates to leadership. What They’re Looking For: 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking. Proven, hands-on Appian experience (process models, data models, interfaces, rules, integrations). This is a must-have. Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, functional specs, user stories). Experience with process modelling tools (BPMN, Visio). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of KYC/AML, data privacy, and other banking/regulatory workflows. This is a hands-on testing role where you’ll be central to ensuring Appian solutions run smoothly, securely, and in line with regulatory requirements. From functional and regression testing to validating data integrity and compliance controls, you’ll make sure every release is rock solid and production-ready. ⚡ This is an urgent hire.
