This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll architect solutions, design APIs, and mentor engineers while keeping delivery on track. You’ll work across product, UX, and engineering to take projects from idea to launch, making sure platforms run smoothly, scale properly, and meet client demands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading architecture and technical delivery of .NET Core fintech platforms
• Designing APIs, web, and mobile applications
• Coaching engineers and raising coding standards through reviews and best practice
• Driving projects end-to-end alongside product and UX
• Experimenting with modern stacks (.NET Core, C#, AWS, Kubernetes, NodeJS, Python, React, SQL)

What They’re Looking For:

• 8+ years in software development, 3+ in Lead/Architect roles
• Strong hands-on .NET Core and C# coding background
• Proven microservices and cloud experience
• Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical teams
