Pega Developer (Contract) – Immediate Start

We’re supporting a fast-growing technology company that delivers automation and digital platforms for banks and financial institutions, and they’re hiring a Pega Developer to join their remote team on an urgent contract.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be designing, developing, and delivering Pega applications that power customer journeys across onboarding, payments, lending, and compliance. You’ll work closely with analysts, stakeholders, and fellow engineers to make sure workflows are scalable, integrated, and ready to meet the demands of regulated financial products.

⚡ This is an urgent hire. Interviews are being scheduled now, and only candidates who are immediately available (within 1 week of offer) with proven Pega experience will be considered. ⚡

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications.
• Translating requirements into technical specs with analysts and stakeholders.
• Building integrations with APIs and external systems.
• Conducting code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Troubleshooting and optimising performance of Pega applications.
• Contributing to Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retros).
• Mentoring junior developers and sharing best practices.

What They’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in software development, focused on Pega.
• Hands-on skills in Pega PRPC, Pega Decisioning, and related frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Pega certification.
• Exposure to digital banking/fintech workflows
• Solid grounding in Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
