Position Overview

IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, access control, and data backup systems
Administer and optimize ERP system and ensure data integrity across functions
Support integration of IoT sensors, SCADA, PLCs, and smart manufacturing tools
Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, IRIS, and upcoming AS9100D standards
Provide IT support across departments including CNC, QA, Planning, and Admin
Lead troubleshooting, system upgrades, and training for end users (~70 users)
Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and annual IT budgets
Evaluate and propose digital tools and automation solutions for process improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum
5 years of experience
in IT administration or management, preferably in a manufacturing setup
Strong knowledge of network systems, Windows/Linux servers, and cybersecurity tools
Hands-on experience with ERP systems
Familiarity with SCADA/PLC/IoT integration is a strong advantage
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
