The company prides itself on its ability to quickly develop high-end ICU equipment and has been recognized for providing the largest number of ventilators to the Indian government during the COVID pandemic.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Information Technology Manager. The IT Manager will oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Responsibilities include managing IT staff, developing IT policies, ensuring system integrity, and facilitating technology upgrades and implementations. The role involves coordinating with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
• Skills in IT security and data protection
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IT policies and best practices
• Strong leadership and management capabilities, including team management
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with healthcare industry technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or similar
