Job Summary:

The IT Manager will oversee the school's technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning of all digital systems, networks, and hardware. The role involves managing IT operations, supporting teaching-learning technology, ensuring data security, and leading digital transformation initiatives within the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems, networks, and software.
• Ensure data security, regular backups, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
• Manage and support smart classrooms, ERP systems, and digital learning platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Plan and execute IT upgrades and new implementations.
• Train staff and teachers on effective use of technology tools.
• Supervise IT support staff and manage helpdesk operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in an educational setup.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and educational software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing school ERP, LMS, CCTV, and biometric systems.
