As a Manager in IT Supply Chain Planning Capabilities, you will play a crucial role in leading the digital transformation of supply chain planning capabilities within our global IT team. With 8-12 years of experience, you will utilize your expertise in Decision Intelligence, ERP configuration, and Agile delivery models to develop innovative and scalable solutions that drive the company's supply chain efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and architecting decision intelligence roadmaps, translating program goals into functional specifications, guiding delivery teams in analytics and data integration, and mentoring architects on best practices. You will collaborate across domains to ensure seamless solution delivery, drive stakeholder engagement, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of delivering complex supply chain IT solutions, preferably in the CPG industry. Your expertise in IT consulting, ERPs, and systems like OMP, O9, WMS, and OTM will be essential. Strong skills in data modeling, integration, analytics dashboard creation, and Agile methodologies are required. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge of supply chain KPIs and decision modeling are also key to success.
