Digital Marketing Technology Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and optimize digital marketing technologies, platforms, and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics)
  • Work with marketing teams to identify technology requirements and provide technical support for marketing initiatives
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing tools with other internal systems and databases
  • Monitor and troubleshoot digital marketing platforms to ensure performance and data accuracy
  • Analyze data from marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot) to provide actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness
  • Support the design and execution of marketing automation campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure digital marketing tools meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards
  • Assist in the selection and evaluation of new marketing technologies and vendors
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing technologies and identify opportunities to innovate and improve processes
  • Provide technical training and support to marketing team members on various marketing technologies
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to track key marketing performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience working with digital marketing technologies, such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and CMS
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
  • Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email templates, landing pages, and integrations
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean/PR or valid work pass)
