Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and strategies
• Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations based on data insights
• Collaborate with different departments to identify business needs and gather requirements
• Assist in the preparation of data-driven business proposals and recommendations
• Conduct research and gather market intelligence to support business initiatives
• Help improve business processes through data analysis and process mapping
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data used for reporting and decision-making
• Support senior analysts and managers in data collection, research, and analysis
• Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics for business tracking
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection processes and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field is a plus)
• Previous experience in business analysis or administrative roles is preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and work with data
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools (Excel knowledge required)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams
• Must have the legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean/PR or valid work pass)
