Information Technology Delivery Manager

Technical Delivery Manager - 10-15 yrs experience**
We are looking for a technically strong and results-driven Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT projects and products. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles—from requirement gathering and planning to development, delivery, and client communication.Key Responsibilities* Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.* Develop detailed project plans, set schedules, and oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.* Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.* Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management.* Facilitate clear and consistent communication between technical teams, management, and clients* Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.* Contribute to solution design discussions and support technical decision-making when required.* Manage client expectations, handle escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.* Mentor and motivate team members to meet project goals.* Ensure the final product or service meets the defined quality standards and client requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).* 10–15 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager in a software development environment.* Strong hands-on experience with full-stack technologies such as Node.js and React.js.* Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, Firebase)..* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, and knowledge of DevOps tools and workflows.* Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and repositories like GitHub or GitLab.* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies.* Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.* Skilled at analyzing project requirements to accurately define the technical scope.* Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.* Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.* Proficiency in project management software tools like Jira, Zoho Projects etc.* Experience in media,OTT and streaming related projects is an added advantage.
