Quality Assurance (QA) professional

Roles and Responsibilities

> Plan, design, and execute test cases and scenarios for various digital solutions, including web and mobile applications, CTV apps, and more.

> Identify, report, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.

> Collaborate closely with the development team, Product Manager, and clients to ensure product quality, usability, and performance.

> Perform different types of testing, such as functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as per project requirements.

> Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

> Identify opportunities for improving the testing process and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA standards.

> Stay updated on the latest QA tools, technologies, and best practices

Desired Profile

> Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing

> A bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering or a related field.

> Knowledge on testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter,Postman etc.

> Proficiency in bug tracking tool like Jira.

> Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

> Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.

> Excellent Verbal and written communication skill

> Keen attention to detail

> Strong problem solving and analytical skill.

> A good team player with the ability to work with a minimal supervision.

> Experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, chatbots, OTT platforms, or other digital solutions is an added advantage.
