Influencer Operational Head

Experience- 8+yrs (M A L E candidate)

Location- Gurugram

We are looking for an experienced Operational head with a strong background in consumer tech and a passion for influencer marketing to drive impactful brand communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle – from strategy, influencer onboarding, execution, delivery, to post-campaign reporting.
• Streamline processes, systems, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability in influencer campaigns.
• Ensure client KPIs are met with high quality and timely delivery.

Client & Business Management

• Lead client servicing functions for large consumer tech and digital-first brands.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive problem solving and value-driven execution.
• Act as an escalation point for critical client and campaign issues.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (client servicing, influencer relations, operations, analytics).
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and innovation.
• Build capacity planning, training, and performance frameworks for growth.

Strategic & CEO Support

• Work as an execution arm of the CEO, ensuring strategic decisions are translated into actionable outcomes.
• Support in business growth initiatives, new service development, and strategic partnerships.

Data & Reporting

• Implement campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics systems to measure ROI.
• Provide insights to optimize influencer strategies for consumer tech and lifestyle categories.
• Drive adoption of LWT’s SaaS platform to improve efficiency and scale.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in operations, client servicing, or account leadership in consumer tech, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
2. Proven track record in leading large-scale campaigns with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
3. Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication skills.
4. Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution capability.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
