We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns for our legacy clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic planning, seamless coordination, and successful delivery of campaigns that maximize ROI and strengthen long-term client relationships. Responsibilities - β End to end handling of Influencer Marketing campaigns including de-briefing, content planning and creation, feedback mechanism and go live. β Smooth and timely delivery of all influencer marketing assets in coordination with brand, in-house teams and creator/creator managers. β Expert liaisoning between brand and creators to maintain transparent and clear communications. β Understand brand and client objectives to build them into campaigns and maintain authenticity as campaigns develop. β Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in target industries and demographics. β Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand voice. β Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. β Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing. β Maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration opportunities and brand advocacy. β Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all influencer marketing activities adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines. Required Skills - β Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Execution Manager or similar role. β Total familiarly with how influencer marketing campaign executions are done end to end. β In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices. β Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities. β Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with influencers and internal/external stakeholders. β Solid management skills. β Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google environment and social media management tools. Required Qualifications - β Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. β Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing. β Strong understanding of industry regulations and guidelines related to influencer marketing. β Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in influencer marketing. β Excellent written and verbal communication skills Show more Show less
