Job Description

Role Title: Influencer Marketing & Pre-Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad / Hybrid (flexible)

Level: Mid (2–5 yrs) — adjust to Senior for 5+ yrs

Reports to: Head — Brand / Sales

Role summary: You’ll own end-to-end influencer campaigns for SMAAX (films/events lineage like Vibri SIIMA & CCL), and drive pre-sales activities to win new brand business. This is a hands-on role: you’ll build creator lists, brief talent, negotiate, execute activations (digital + on-ground), and convert leads by creating killer proposals. We want someone proactive who does — not just plans.

Key responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & New Business (40%)

Lead pre-sales: respond to RFPs, prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals and customised influencer solutions.

Work client side on discovery calls to scope objectives, KPIs and budgets.

Prepare case studies, media plans and benchmark pricing; create modular packages for quick quoting.

Maintain pipeline — track leads, follow ups and conversion metrics.

Collaborate with Sales/Finance/Legal on contracts and scopes.

Influencer Marketing & Campaign Execution (50%)

Build and maintain a vetted creator roster relevant to film, entertainment, lifestyle and event activations (macro, micro, niche).

Shortlist creators per brief (audience match, past performance, content fit, price).

Write clear creative briefs, negotiate deliverables, manage contracts and rights (usage, timelines).

Coordinate end-to-end execution: content approvals, timelines, content amplification (organic + paid), event coordination (SIIMA/CCL style activations).

Track campaign performance in real time, optimize, and deliver post-campaign reports with learnings and ROI.

Manage creator relationships, payouts, disputes and feedback loops.

Ensure influencer compliance (disclosures, copyright, brand guidelines).

Ops & Collaboration (10%)

Keep campaign trackers, budgets and payment schedules up to date.

Work closely with creative, performance, PR and event teams for integrated activations.

Must-have skills & attributes

2–5+ years in influencer marketing or talent partnerships with direct pre-sales exposure.

Strong pitching & presentation skills; comfortable in client meetings.

Negotiation experience with creators/agents; contract awareness (IP, usage).

Excellent communication — written briefs that make execution frictionless.

High ownership, proactive problem solver who can execute under pressure.

Good with numbers — budgeting, pacing, basic ROI and KPI calculations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
