Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Influence Marketing Manager with strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystems. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing influencer-led campaigns to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies tailored to crypto audiences.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs, and community leaders across platforms (Twitter/X, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, Instagram).
• Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and compliant content around crypto products/services.
• Manage campaign lifecycle including contracts, briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, wallet sign-ups, and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with crypto marketing regulations and platform-specific guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends , and emerging blockchain technologies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and PR teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience .
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, wallets, and blockchain fundamentals.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns in crypto industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with crypto-native communities and social platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
