Key Responsibilities:

● Lead influencer marketing campaigns for multiple clients across industries.

● Develop influencer strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.

● Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

● Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator networks.

● Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets to ensure value for clients.

● Oversee the end-to-end campaign process - briefing, content approvals, tracking, and reporting.

● Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance, social, PR) to ensure integrated campaigns.

● Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present insights and optimizations to clients.

● Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative influencer marketing practices.

Requirements:

● 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing.

● Proven track record of leading influencer campaigns across categories.

● Strong network of influencers, creators, and talent managers.

● Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

● Ability to think strategically while handling multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

● Proficiency with influencer marketing tools and social analytics.

● Creative eye for content and ability to match influencers authentically with brand identities.
