Your Responsibilities

Plan and execute 360° influencer marketing campaigns (from briefing to reporting)
Shortlist, negotiate, and manage influencers across micro, macro, and celebrity tiers
Collaborate with clients to translate brand objectives into impactful influencer strategies
Work closely with creators to ensure content quality, brand alignment, and authenticity
Track performance using analytics tools and present data-driven reports with insights
Manage budgets, contracts, and timelines with precision
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy work culture
What We’re Looking For:
4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing / talent management
A strong network of influencers and creators across categories
Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Passionate about trends, creators, and the digital-first ecosystem
