We are looking for well-qualified Marketing resources with good command in influence marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Identification and Outreach:



Research and identify potential influencers across various platforms whose audience and values align with the brand's objectives and target market. 

Strategy & Campaign Development:



Develop creative, data-driven influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that meet specific client goals, ensuring integration with broader PR initiatives. 

Logistics and Management:

Coordinate all aspects of influencer partnerships, including campaign briefs, content guidelines, timelines, product gifting, event participation, and payments. 

Relationship Building:

Build and nurture strong, authentic relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and stylists to foster long-term partnerships. 

Content and Compliance:

Draft creative briefs, monitor content for brand alignment and compliance with campaign guidelines, and manage product placement logistics. 

Performance Tracking and Reporting:



Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI, and provide actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders. 

Cross-functional Collaboration:



Work closely with internal PR, marketing, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and to align influencer efforts with overall business objectives. 

Trend Monitoring:



Stay up-to-date on emerging influencer marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify new opportunities. 

Required Skills and Qualifications



Experience:



Proven experience in influencer marketing, PR, celebrity management, or a related field. 

Communication & Negotiation:



Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
