Influencer Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with micro-influencers (5K–50K followers) in the U.S. wellness, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle space on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Identify Amazon affiliate influencers through Amazon’s influencer program or other databases.
• Initiate contact, negotiate collaborations, and coordinate sample dispatch.
• Maintain a database of influencer contacts, responses, and performance metrics.
• Track story/post uploads, screenshots, engagement metrics, and conversions.
• Work with the marketing team to develop briefs and messaging guidelines.
• Suggest new influencer campaign ideas and creative trends.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in influencer or social media marketing (preferably in the wellness, beauty, or FMCG industry).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and influencer collaboration platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable coordinating with international influencers (U.S. timezone) via email and DM.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Advantage (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Prior experience working with Amazon USA brands or managing Amazon influencer collaborations.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel tracking and influencer CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
