JD for the profile of Influencer Marketing (Females are preferred)

· Identify and research potential influencers across relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.) who align with our brand values and target audience.

· Reach out to influencers, negotiate collaboration terms, and onboard them for campaigns.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.

· Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of content and brand messaging consistency.

· Monitor influencer campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals (engagement, reach, ROI).

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand campaigns, goals, and messaging.

What we are looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Educational Qualifications – Graduate in any field

· Experience – 1 – 3 years in Influencer Marketing

· Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.

· Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple influencer relationship simultaneously.
