Job Description / Job Responsibilities:

Location: Noida sector 65, Uttar Pradesh

We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer & Collaboration Executive to drive brand visibility, build partnerships, and execute influencer campaigns that amplify TheraYog’s presence in the wellness space.

You will work closely with marketing, content, design, and performance teams to create meaningful brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and evaluate influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end — briefing, execution, delivery, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Research and connect with relevant brands, communities, and content creators for co-branded initiatives.
  • Draft outreach emails, pitches, and proposals while representing brand value.
  • Support PR activities and partnership-driven promotions.

Brand Promotion

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility among target audiences.
  • Work with the content and design team to create engaging campaign assets.
  • Track brand awareness metrics and ensure consistent positioning.

Campaign Coordination

  • Maintain collaboration trackers, reports, and campaign calendars.
  • Ensure timely content deliveries and approvals.
  • Monitor live collaborations to ensure quality and compliance.

Market Trends & Strategy

  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and content formats.
  • Suggest innovative collaboration ideas to increase engagement and reach.

Desired Profile of the candidate:

  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of social media metrics and campaign performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel for reporting and tracking.

Minimum Experience:

2 Years

Compensation Range:

3-5LPA

Added Advantage:

  • Experience working with wellness/fitness/beauty brands.
  • Understanding of UGC, reel trends, and creator economy.
  • Existing network of content creators/influencers.
