Location: sector 74, Gurugram (On-site)
Salary: ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Influencer Campaign Manager who can own end-to-end execution of influencer-led campaigns. The role demands creativity, strong communication, and sharp project management skills to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand campaigns.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers/creators.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and reporting) for smooth execution.
Stay updated on influencer trends, platform changes, and viral opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns.
Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem (nano, micro, macro creators).
