Fitspire is a clean, honest, family-first nutrition brand focused on making wellness accessible, trustworthy, and rooted in real Indian lifestyles. We are scaling fast and building a strong creator-driven ecosystem, and we’re looking for someone who can accelerate that journey.


Role Overview

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can help us run end-to-end influencer campaigns, from scouting and negotiations to execution, tracking, and reporting.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands the creator economy and enjoys building long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimise influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
  • Shortlist and onboard creators based on campaign goals, budgets, and audience relevance.
  • Handle outreach, negotiations, contracting, and deliverable tracking.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content, posting schedules, and compliance with brand guidelines.


2. Creator Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.
  • Maintain an updated database of influencers across niches and geographies.
  • Act as single POC for creators during campaigns.


3. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Design teams to align campaign ideas, briefs, and timelines.
  • Provide creative inputs for influencer scripts, formats, and concepts.


4. Reporting & ROI Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance with a data-first approach.
  • Share weekly and monthly reports with insights, learnings, and optimisation suggestions.

Requirements


  • 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing (brand, agency, or creator network).
  • Good to have:

    Prior agency experience running multiple influencer campaigns across categories.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels trends, and creator behavior.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
