About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and well-connected Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team at LuxaDerme, a Korean premium skincare brand. The role involves identifying, managing, and executing influencer collaborations across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end — from briefing to execution and performance tracking.
• Coordinate product seeding and maintain influencer relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and report insights.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated on beauty and skincare influencer trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or D2C brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and digital storytelling.
