Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities : Influencer Identification & Outreach : Research, identify, and reach out to relevant influencers (micro to macro) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. Campaign Execution : Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals and product launches. Ensure timely deliverables and brand-aligned content. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators. Performance Tracking : Monitor, track, and analyze influencer content performance (engagement, reach, conversions). Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. Contracting & Compliance : Support negotiation of deliverables, rates, and usage rights. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and platform-specific rules. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, creative, PR, and eCommerce to amplify influencer content and initiatives. Qualifications : 6 months - 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (preferably in a D2C or consumer brand). Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools. Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and creator communities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
