Role Overview

Influencer Marketing Associate

The primary objective is to scale our influencer program through a structured process of onboarding influencers via barter, affiliate, and ROI-focused paid collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences, with a focus on skincare and haircare products.
  • Strategically plan campaigns to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and ROI.

2. Influencer Discovery & Relationship Building

  • Identify, research, and connect with relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and others.
  • Onboard influencers through the PlanetSpark platform, Instagram DMs, and targeted email outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with influencers and affiliates.

3. Campaign Execution & Content Management

  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including contract negotiations, content guidelines, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging, authentic, and brand-aligned content.
  • Support content creation with basic social media and video editing skills, as required.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report key influencer performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Provide actionable insights to assess ROI and guide future campaigns.

5. Community Engagement & Industry Awareness

  • Engage with influencers to foster a collaborative community.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing, social media trends, and the edtech industry to keep the brand innovative and competitive.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and onboard influencers for impactful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Performance Targets

  • Drive leads and traffic through influencer affiliate links to generate measurable business outcomes.
  • Onboard 150 influencers (primarily via barter/affiliate, with selected ROI-driven paid collaborations).
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned content.
