Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team at Story Digital. If you're passionate about creators, pop culture, and brand storytelling – this is the place to be.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign goals
Communicate briefs, timelines, and expectations clearly to creators
Coordinate campaigns end-to-end from outreach to delivery
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and payments within budget
Track and document campaign performance
Collaborate with social media, design, and strategy teams to align campaign messaging

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Basic understanding of influencer categories and digital content trends
Comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
