Role Overview


The Influencer Marketing Associate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to support brand visibility and drive impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and skilled at negotiation, with a deep understanding of social media trends and influencer ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities (KRAs)


Scouting & Onboarding Creators


- Identify relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.

- Evaluate creators based on engagement, content quality, audience relevance, and brand fit.

- Engage with potential collaborators, pitch brand offerings, and onboard them smoothly.


Negotiation & Collaboration Management


- Lead negotiations on deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.

- Maintain transparent communication with influencers and their agencies to ensure alignment.

- Prepare and manage influencer contracts, briefs, and guidelines.


Influencer-Led Campaign Management


- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.

- Coordinate campaign timelines, content approvals, and performance tracking.

- Ensure campaign KPIs and deliverables are met.

- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.


Influencer Shoots & Content Coordination


- Oversee influencer shoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

- Coordinate logistics for shoots including product dispatch, schedules, and creative direction.

- Support in content ideation and ensure delivery of high-quality assets.


Qualifications & Skills


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing preferred.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
