Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as Industrial Trainees in the hospitality industry. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries.
Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and conferences.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance teamwork.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns.
Basic knowledge of hospitality software and systems is necessary.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
