Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Industrial Trainees in the hospitality industry. As an Industrial Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in managing front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
