Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Nellore and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in industrial sales. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in the B2B segment, developing sales channels, and generating leads to meet our strategic goals.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, ensuring you have a solid foundation for this role.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Must possess in-depth product knowledge and experience in industrial sales to effectively manage and facilitate sales growth.
  • Proven skills in channel development and management to broaden market reach. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in lead generation techniques and strategies essential for this role. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and enhance ongoing business partnerships.
  • Proficient communication and negotiation abilities to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive the sales function effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share in the industrial sector.
  • Manage existing accounts and establish new accounts through planning and organizing a balanced sales strategy.
  • Identify potential B2B clients and convert them into key accounts, meeting targeted sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for product expansion and cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research to understand current trends and gather competitive insights for potential business growth.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team in scheduling appointments, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and support in lead generation activities.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
