We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Person from a top-tier B-school in India with a strong understanding of mechanical drawings and engineering concepts . This role involves working closely with the CMD and traveling internationally as required. Location: Ahmedabad Education & Experience: MBA from a top B-school in India (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI, etc.). 3-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales . Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and partners. Interpret and analyze mechanical drawings to provide technical sales support. Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and proposals for high-value deals. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals. Travel internationally for business meetings, trade shows, and client engagements. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of projects. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, engineering components, and industrial solutions . Willingness to travel internationally as per business needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience in working with senior leadership/CMD is a plus.
